By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the spa8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the spa8 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and spa8 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The spa8 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Users who are below the stipulated minimum age are not permitted to register or use any part of this platform.
To access the full range of spa8 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. spa8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you are required to notify spa8 immediately via our support email. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend any account suspected of involvement in suspicious activity pending investigation.
Users agree to use the spa8 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
Spa8 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, upon breach of any of the above rules.
All transactions on the spa8 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using approved local payment methods, including online banking and supported e-wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and that they are the rightful owner of the payment method used. spa8 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
Deposit processing times range from 5 to 30 minutes, while withdrawals may take anywhere from 15 minutes to several hours depending on the chosen method. spa8 is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.
In the event of a dispute or issue relating to a transaction, users must contact the spa8 support team within 7 days of the transaction date. Queries submitted after this period may not be able to be processed.
Spa8 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Temporary disruptions due to maintenance, technical updates, or factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of spa8.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, spa8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from gaming activity.
User accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed in the following situations:
All content on the spa8 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of spa8 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any content without prior written consent from spa8.
The spa8 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers and game providers. spa8 does not control the content or policies of such third-party services and accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from their use.
Spa8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after updates are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the spa8 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian jurisdiction.
